BELINKED REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

beLinked operates on a monthly subscription model. You are charged R60 per
beLinked (digital business card) per month, with volume discounts available
for multiple users.

Billing occurs on the same day each month based on your signup date.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 Notice Period
– You must provide 1 (one) month’s written notice to cancel your subscription
– Notice must be submitted via email to [YOUR EMAIL]
– You must provide a reason for cancellation

2.2 Cancellation Process
– Submit cancellation request to hello@belinked.co.za
– Include: account email, number of beLinkeds, and reason for cancellation
– You will be billed for the current month plus one additional month
– Access continues until the end of the notice period
– No refund is provided for the notice period

2.3 Data After Cancellation
– Your beLinked cards will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
– Data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
– You may request immediate deletion by emailing hello@belinked.co.za


3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
– You are not satisfied with the product within 14 days of first purchase
– You accidentally ordered an incorrect number of beLinkeds
– Technical issues prevented you from using the service

3.2 Refund Request Process
– Email hello@belinked.co.za within 14 days of the charge
– Include: transaction details, reason for refund, and account information
– Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval

3.3 What We Will NOT Refund
– Subscription fees for months where the service was actively used
– Cancellations submitted without the required 1-month notice
– Partial month refunds (no pro-rated refunds for monthly plans)
– Charges more than 30 days old

3.4 Future Annual Plans (If Implemented)
– Annual plans will offer pro-rated refunds for remaining full months
– The 1-month notice period applies (no refund for that month)
– Minimum of 30 days notice required


4. REFUNDS VIA RESELLERS AND AFFILIATES

4.1 Purchases Through Resellers
– If you purchased beLinked through a reseller or affiliate partner, that
reseller is responsible for processing your refund
– Contact the reseller directly using the contact information they provided
– beLinked is not liable for refunds on reseller transactions

4.2 Identifying Your Purchase Source
– Check your receipt/invoice for the seller’s name
– If unsure, email hello@belinked.co.za with your transaction details


5. DISPUTED CHARGES

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged:
– Email hello@belinked.co.za within 7 days of the charge
– Provide transaction details and explanation
– We will investigate and respond within 5 business days


6. DOWNGRADING SUBSCRIPTION

– You may reduce the number of beLinkeds at any time
– Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
– No refunds for the current billing period


7. PAYMENT FAILURES

– Failed payments result in immediate service suspension
– You have 7 days to update payment details
– After 7 days, your account and data may be deleted


8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Changes will be notified via
email 30 days in advance.
