Mr Madiba is a Financial Management Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg, supervising tax masters students and an Audit Partner at Barakabora Assurance. He is a Director of Podam Consulting and CA Succeed Training (Pty) Ltd.

He is a non-Executive Director at the Trevor Noah Foundation, Peermont Global (East Free State) and the SASPRO collective Society NPC.

A Trustee of the University of Johannesburg’s Provident Fund and Nal’ibali, serving as a chairperson of the Audit Committee for Nal’ibali.

He previously served as the chairperson of the governing body and Finance Committee of the King Edward VII Preparatory School and is the chairperson of the finance Committee. He is currently the head of the finance committee for King Edward VII School.

Thabiso is the chairperson of the Sasol Khanyisa BEE scheme.
