Serena Moodley-Anderson is a self taught artist based in Johannesburg. "I feel deeply the importance of every human experience and with my work I aim to share these stories and create connections between us. Making art is how I process my experience of the world and connect more deeply with it through the silent telling of complex human stories. My work focuses on portraiture and with each portrait I am hoping to inspire the viewer to look closer, in stillness and silence, to be able to connect with something within themselves."
