He has been a member since 2002 and since then has held just about every position from the chapter leadership team through performing the role of Area Director for the state of Rhode Island overseeing 22 chapters, over 500 members and a half dozen directors. In 2011 he was invited to create a support system and team for BNI Connect and has been working with BNI HQ and National Offices globally.

In that time, the team has answered over 565,000 support tickets for BNI Connect and BNI Business Builder and maintains an average response time of about 15 minutes.

In his spare time, Jeremy is also on the executive board of the BNI Foundation, enjoys cooking, coaching, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts. One thing that few people know about him is that he also plays the flute and has recently joined the Wakefield Community Concert Band.
